Refund & Cancellation Policy

The car is recovered or the reservation is canceled in the following cases only:

  • If our vehicle is not on time to pick you up or the service is not provided as stated.
  • If the passenger cancels his/her transfers 72 hours prior to the execution date/time.
  • For online booking, credit card payment bank charges will apply.

No refund will be given in the following cases:

  • The passenger provided wrong information about the date, flight number, address or any other details.
  • If the traveler is not on time and/or misses their flight.
  • If the passenger leaves the assembly point without informing the driver.

A refund claim must be submitted in writing to (support@limousinemisr.com) or contact us within 14 days from the time of receipt or delivery.

Bedaya Limousine will process all refund claims as a priority and in the shortest possible time.

Processing time is subject to the accuracy of your refund claim request and response time to your answers to possible additional questions.

Under all circumstances, a refund claim will take a few days to process a potential refund.

The refund claim will not exceed the value paid for the carriage booked.

Cancellation Policy

  • All cancellation requests must be in writing via email or by calling us
  • In the event of a no-show, a full fee will apply and no refunds are permitted.
  • You can cancel your reservation for free up to 72 hours before the pick-up time.
